MEET THE TEAM
These are the people who make up our production team. All of our production team work on a voluntary basis. Have a wee read all about them and put a face to a name!
There are many other members of our team, committee, backstage, chaperones, front of house, marketing, costumes, make-up and more! We are indebted to all of them for their voluntary support!

FRASER WILSON
Musical Director
For over 25 years, Fraser has been the musical driving force behind our group having first become involved with SSPAOG back in the early 90s. He remains committed to the group's primary objective – to deliver quality singing by soloists, ensembles and our chorus – and aims to bring this into his direction of the Junior Group. His favourite Junior Group production so far has been Beauty and the Beast Jr. We are indebted to Fraser for his hard work, talent and support in both our adult and junior groups.
MATTHEW COULTER
Director/Choreographer
Matthew has been with the group for over 15 years, playing many principal roles in our adult group. Matthew has brought his experience from the stage to our junior show. He really enjoys the challenge of directing and choreographing as well as planning and implementing a creative vision for our junior shows. Matthew really enjoys working with our young cast and the different members of the team to help create experiences they will never forget!

RACHAEL BARNES
Assistant Musical Director
Rachael joined the group at just 15 years of age and since then has established herself as the Assistant Musical Director for the Junior Group. She comes with stage experience from her leading lady performances with our adult group. A primary school teacher by day, Rachael uses her teaching skills with the junior group whilst helping to nurture the talents of the cast. She, along with the rest of the team, invests a lot of time to bring the Junior Group shows to life.
DARREN STRANG
Assistant Director
One of our most well-known members, Darren is well known for his portrayal of comedic roles with our adult group. Darren works in the production team as Assistant Director, where he endeavours to develop the children's acting skills in their performances.

EWAN FERGUSON
Co-Choreographer
Ewan has been in the adult SSPAOG since their production of ‘Hairspray’ in 2014. He joined the production team to co-choreograph Mary Poppins in 2019. Ewan has been trained in Contemporary Dance at the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland on their Juniors Programme. Ewan works alongside Matthew to bring together some fabulous choreography to enhance the children's performances
